Howard Rosen
President, Production and Fulfillment Operations

Howard Rosen is President, Production and Fulfillment Operations of Time Inc., the
world’s largest magazine publisher.

Rosen, who joined Time Inc. in 1984 as manager of Corporate Internal Audit, assumed his current position in November 2007. He previously held several senior management positions at Time Inc., including Acting Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President & Controller, Director of Finance for the Production Division, President of Publishers Express, Corporate Production Director and Director of Financial Services.

In his present role, Rosen is responsible for Time Inc.’s Production and Administrative Services departments, Time Customer Service based in Tampa and Time Inc.’s International fulfillment operations headquartered in Amsterdam. He also oversees the company’s outsourcing activities in India.

Prior to joining Time Inc., Rosen was assistant corporate controller of Warner Amex Cable in New York from 1981 to 1984. He began his career with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) in 1978.

Rosen graduated from Queens College in 1978 with a B.A. in Accounting, and received an M.S. in Business from Columbia University in 1987.

Rosen sits on the Boards of American Express Publishing and International Magazine Services. He is on the Finance Committee for the Advertising Educational Foundation, the Board and the Finance Committee for the Ad Council and chairman of the MPA Accounting and Finance Committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
