IPC's digital properties include NME.com, the third largest commercial music web site in the U.K. and housetohome.co.uk, the U.K.'s first shelter portal.

Southern Progress Corporation has a rich heritage of excellence and integrity in the publishing industry, dating back more than a century. Over the years, Birmingham, Ala.-based Southern Progress has established itself as one of the market's largest and most trusted authorities on food and entertaining, home and gardens, health and fitness, and travel.
Southern Progress publishes seven nationally respected magazines: Southern Living, Cooking Light, Health, Coastal Living, Southern Accents, Cottage Living, and Sunset. Its magazines have a combined readership of more than 50 million, reaching readers in every U.S. state. Through its custom publishing operations, Southern Progress also offers turnkey magazine development and production services to other high-profile consumer brands, including Lowe's and Safeway. In addition, the company has successfully extended its brands to include the lifestyle book publisher Oxmoor House and Southern Living At HOME direct-selling company. It also has a strong Web presence through 10 magazine and divisional Web sites as well as new, branded Web portals such as MyRecipes.com and MyHomeIdeas.com
Grupo Editorial Expansión
Based in Mexico City, Grupo Editorial Expansión (GEE), the premier publisher of high-end consumer and business magazines in Mexico, was founded in 1966 and acquired by Time Inc. in 2005. Its portfolio of 16 titles include Expansión, GEE's flagship publication and Mexico's leading business magazine, and Quién, a bi-weekly celebrity/personality magazine that carries more advertising pages than any other periodical in Mexico.
Other GEE titles include Obras, Mexico's leading architecture, construction and engineering magazine; Life and Style, a monthly men's lifestyle magazine; Balance, a fitness, health and nutrition magazine for women; and InStyle Mexico.
GEE also has a thriving custom publishing business whose titles include Vuelo, the in-flight magazine for Mexicana Airlines, Mexico's largest national carrier, and Audi Magazine, published and distributed in Mexico for the auto manufacturer.

Time Inc. Licensing & Syndication is responsible for the licensing of Time Inc.'s magazines and books to publishers outside the US. Domestically, it handles the licensing of content aggregators.

Time Inc. Home Entertainment publishes special magazines, books, calendars and videos for Time Inc. titles including People, TIME, Sports Illustrated , InStyle, Money and This Old House. Its client list includes Atkins, NFL, Guinness World Records, CNN and Warner Brothers.
Time Inc. Studios is a dedicated in-house digital studio. The group produces a variety of projects for Time Inc.'s titles across multiple platforms, including online, television, mobile and VOD.
Time Warner Retail Sales & Marketing operates in the wholesale and retail sectors, providing a wide range of marketing services to its publisher clients.
