Through employee organizations and programs, Time Inc. supports employee growth, both in their careers and in the role they play in their communities.

Time Inc.'s various Affinity Groups actively unite members of the Time Inc. community, support Time Inc.'s vision of diversity and provide networking opportunities, mentorship and cultural awareness.

Community service and involvement are so valued at Time Inc. that in 1982, the company established the annual Andrew Heiskell Community Service Awards. Presented annually, Time Inc. recognizes employees who have made exceptional contributions to public service. Named after the former Chairman and CEO of Time Inc., the late Andrew Heiskell, the awards recognize his dedication to community service and philanthropy and are now celebrated by the entire Time Warner community.
