  • Time Inc. Launches Digital Subscriptions on iPad

    Time Inc. announced that digital subscriptions for all of its consumer magazine titles are now available for iPad through Apple's Newsstand. The monthly and annual subscriptions to all 20 titles are available for U.S. customers and in select international markets. Existing print subscribers will be able to access the digital editions at no additional cost, and single issue copies will also be available.

  • Time Warner's Heiskell Awards

    Time Warner announced the recipients of Time Warner's 31st Annual Andrew Heiskell Community Service Awards, which recognize exceptional contributions to public service. InStyle Fashion Director Cindy Weber Cleary was the recipient of one of six individual awards for her work with Promise Project, an organization she co-founded which is dedicated to providing the proper educational resources to children with learning disabilities from lower-income families. Cindy has contributed to efforts that raised more than one million dollars for the Promise Project. The award ceremony was held on June 13 at the Time Warner Center.

  • FORTUNE Most Powerful Women: London

    Fortune hosted the inaugural Fortune Most Powerful Women: London, an international meeting and gala dinner which brought together the most prominent women leaders in business philanthropy, government and the arts in London on June 18. Attendees had the opportunity to gain insight from panelists including Burberry's Angela Ahrendts, Cherie Blair, Coca-Cola's Wendy Clark, and Time Inc. CEO Laura Lang.

  • FORTUNE and Money Win Gerald Loeb Awards

    The UCLA Anderson School of Management revealed the 2012 Gerald Loeb Award Winners, which recognize excellence in business, finance and economic journalism, and FORTUNE and Money took home one award each. Fortune's Peter Elkind, Jennifer Reingold and Doris Burke received a Loeb Award in the Magazine category for their highly regarded story "Inside Pfizer's Palace Coup," and Money's Penelope Wang, Kim Clark and Lisa Gibbs were honored in the Personal Finance category for their series about caring for aging parents, "Protecting Your Parents."

  • Time Inc. Wins - MIN's Seventh Annual Sales Executive of the Year Awards

    At MIN's Annual Sales Executive of the Year Awards, Time Inc. received a total of four awards across 10 categories. Winners included Real Simple for "Sales Team of the Year"; Essence Communications Michelle Ebanks for "Sales Team Leader of the Year," multiple magazine titles; Departures Steven DeLuca for "Sales Team Leader of the Year," single magazine titles; and SEG's Mark Fikany for "Salesperson of the Year."
