Our Test Kitchen professionals hold both bachelor and culinary degrees. Our daily work consists of:
- Sourcing recipe ingredients
- Testing recipes
- Developing recipes for publication
- Producing Cooking Light instructional videos
We work to create meals that meet nutritional guidelines and provide readers with meals as delicious as they are healthy.
